1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bq33 platform and all related services. By accessing the platform through the bq33 website, mobile version, or any other means, or by opening an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence; however, the Bengali translation will be kept up to date for the convenience of Bengali-speaking users.

bq33 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on bq33. Only those aged 21 or above are eligible to participate on this platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens or operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, update your account promptly. Registering with false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification

bq33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested if necessary. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

• Always use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on bq33 is ৳500. This limit applies to all payment methods. Our accepted payment methods are:

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit at bq33, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses require 15x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Only wagering done with the bonus balance counts toward the requirement; wagering with the deposit balance does not count.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• bq33 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be reviewed.
• Claiming the same bonus from linked accounts is prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Sports betting, casino games, and live dealer games are available on the bq33 platform. Once confirmed, no bet can be withdrawn. bq33 reserves the right to void any bet accepted incorrectly due to a system error.

6.2 Odds & Results

All odds are fixed at the value at the time the bet is confirmed. Results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant event. In the event of any dispute, bq33's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking the system, using bots, or gaining an advantage through artificial means.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent arrangements with other users (match fixing or collusion).
• Registering with misleading, false, or incomplete information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Limitation of Liability

bq33 strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• If there is a delay due to issues with a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• If any loss occurs due to your own account details being left unsecured.
• Unforeseen events (force majeure) beyond our control.

In no circumstances will bq33's total liability exceed the amount of your most recent deposit. No compensation will be provided for anticipated winnings from bets.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by bq33

bq33 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice due to a breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to provide verification documents. The balance will be reviewed before closure and returned where applicable.

9.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, provided no restrictions apply.
